The one thing I miss the most right now is proper pizza. I can do without the bread and pasta, but holy hell pizza is part of my food trifecta – pizza, burgers, tacos. So I started searching and I found the delightfulness of the Fathead pizza recipe – basically almond flour and cheese. It didn’t disappoint. I have a few tweaks to do here and there (mainly less toppings), but you can find the recipe on Keto Karma.
Score: 8/10 – Would do again. Will keep my satiated for a long while.
